Easy Repair on drywall and paint in shower......?

I have a retarded shower with drywall instead of tile or fiberglass and the paint is chipping off in alot of places and the drywall is showing in a couple places and the waterproof paper might be damaged a bit. Is their an extremely quick and halfassed way to seal and cover these places without needing to spend a week painting it and go a week without a shower? Because its the only shower i can use and i'm a clean freak(mesophobic actually) and can't go that long without being able to shower. I don't care at all about cosmetics i just want to be able to blob some sealer stuff or something like that that can set up and dry in 24 hours or close to it. I would suggest to go to the home depot and buy a shower surrond system and use a product called powergrabe tub and shower adhesive to put it up(only takes 12 hours to set up. installing one of these systems is very easy and cost effictive to seal the suround to the tub use a 100 percent silicone caulk (for longevitiy and look) hope this helpsEasy Repair on drywall and paint in shower......?

there is no product available to fix the drywall. if you continue using your shower, you could cause (if you haven't already), water damage, resulting in mold- which will end up being very costly.
yahhh....if you can not do it right ....caulk and seal bad spots with pain able caulk use a quick dry oil paint. paint any problem spots quickly
