What type of paint can mask poor drywall finishing? I'd prefer a dark blue in a dark environment, ie. basement?

the lighter the color the better it hides. Flat paint hides best but is difficult to wipe off if it gets dirty. The darker the color and the shinier the finish, the more you will notice the poor drywalling job.
