First of all Bleach only kills the mold/mildew on the outside of the walls. What you want to use is viniger, this will kill what's on the outside, and the Spores that cause it to grow%26gt;

Zinzeer makes a product with jomax in it called ';mold %26amp; mildew'; remover, cost around $6 and comes in a spray bottle, works great !! The worst thing you can do is paint over mold or mildew cause it will keep growing back, you will never get rid of it. Next time crack your window open while you shower. Zinzeer also makes a bath paint that prevents mildew for 5 yrs garuntteed.
